I've never made this recipe before, but it looks good.
Bottom Round Roast sale $1.57 lbI wasn't too impressed with Kroger's sales this week, so this was the best I could come up with. The vegetables aren't on sale, but you only need 1 of each item, so the produce shouldn't add up too much. Hopefully the rest of the items are already in your cupboard. Let me know how it turns out!
